Terms of Service

1. Non-clinical service

ADHD Tribe provides ADHD coaching. Coaching is not medical treatment, therapy, psychiatric care or a diagnosis. It does not replace advice from your GP, psychiatrist, therapist or other regulated healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123.

2. Booking & payment

Our one-time coaching products are the ADHD Clarity Session (£110, one 60-minute session), the ADHD Momentum Programme (£570, six 60-minute sessions) and the ADHD Workplace Progress Programme (£1,080, twelve 60-minute sessions). Each grants the matching coaching-session credits to your member account. None is a subscription and none renews. The retired ADHD Tribe Complete product (£99) is honoured for existing purchasers only. Separately, the ADHD Tribe Academy is a recurring membership giving access to the Classroom for £9.99 a month or £99 a year. Prices are shown on the coaching page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You must create an ADHD Tribe member account before purchasing, and confirm at checkout that you accept these terms and our refund policy.

2a. Member accounts, digital content & membership

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must not share your Classroom access with others. Classroom material is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed.

Academy memberships renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your member portal; access then continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails we will retry it and contact you before access ends. Members who purchased ADHD Tribe Complete before the Academy launched keep Classroom access permanently at no further cost. If the Classroom is ever permanently retired, we will give reasonable notice and, where practical, make materials available to download.

Classroom access is digital content supplied immediately on purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right for that digital content once you have accessed it.

3. Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or move. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable except in genuine emergencies at our discretion. 4. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is confidential, save where we're legally required to disclose (e.g. safeguarding, court order) or where you or someone else is at risk of serious harm.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected session(s). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
