Who you'll be working with
Hi, I'm Khalid Anwar
I'm Khalid, and I run ADHD Tribe. Everything on this site is delivered by me — you will not be passed to an associate, a chatbot or a call centre.
I have ADHD myself. I know what it is to lose a morning to a task that should have taken twenty minutes, to hold five plans in your head and finish none of them, and to be told to just try harder by people who have never had to fight their own attention for it.
So the coaching is deliberately practical. We work on what actually happens in your week: how tasks get started, how they get finished, how you plan around energy rather than against it, and what accountability looks like when nobody is watching.
What I do not do is diagnose, assess, prescribe or advise on medication. That work belongs with your GP or a qualified clinician, and I will say so plainly whenever it is the right answer.
- One coach, not a marketplace
- Every session is delivered by Khalid personally. No associates, no rotating coaches, no handover.
- Clear about what this is not
- Coaching here is non-clinical. No diagnosis, no assessment, no advice on medication or supplements.
- Online, UK-wide
- Sessions run online across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in UK working hours.
ADHD Tribe coaching is non-clinical. It is not a diagnosis, assessment or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from your GP or a qualified clinician.
Need an ADHD Assessment?
NHS waits are running into years in much of the UK. There are three routes you can take, including Right to Choose and private assessment. Here is how each one works.
ADHD Assessment UK is a separate company under common ownership with ADHD Tribe. We tell you this because you should know when a recommendation isn't neutral. The NHS and Right to Choose routes are free, and we've described them accurately whether or not you use ours.
