Refund Policy

This policy covers the ADHD Clarity Session (£110), the ADHD Momentum Programme (£570), the ADHD Workplace Progress Programme (£1,080), the retired ADHD Tribe Complete (£99) and the ADHD Tribe Academy membership (£9.99 a month or £99 a year). Coaching purchases are one-time. The Academy is a recurring membership you can cancel at any time.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and receive a refund.

Coaching sessions

If you have not yet taken your 1-to-1 coaching session, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the coaching element. Once a session has taken place, that session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Digital Classroom content

Classroom access is digital content supplied immediately. By starting an Academy membership and confirming at checkout, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right for the digital content once you have accessed it. If you have not accessed any Classroom material, you can still request a refund within 14 days.

Cancelling your Academy membership

You can cancel your Academy membership at any time from your member portal. Cancellation stops all future payments and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Part-used months or years are not refunded except where required by law. Members who bought ADHD Tribe Complete before the Academy launched keep their Classroom access permanently and free of charge, and have nothing to cancel.

What happens after a refund

When a purchase is refunded in full, any unused coaching credit from that purchase is removed, and Classroom access granted by that purchase is withdrawn unless you hold another qualifying purchase or an active membership. Your purchase records are retained for accounting purposes.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form with the email address you purchased with. We'll respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
