ADHD Tribe uses evidence-informed practical strategies. We do not diagnose, assess, prescribe or advise on medication or supplements; coaching sits alongside care from your GP or an appropriately qualified clinician.

How much does ADHD coaching cost with ADHD Tribe?

The ADHD Clarity Session is a one-time £110 payment for a single 60-minute 1-to-1 coaching session, and nothing renews. The ADHD Tribe Academy is a separate membership giving access to the Classroom for £9.99 a month or £99 a year; it renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your member portal.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to start coaching?

No formal diagnosis is required. ADHD Tribe supports diagnosed adults, those waiting for an NHS assessment, and adults exploring their ADHD traits. Coaching is not medical care and is not a substitute for it.

Therapy is a clinical service focused on emotional wellbeing, past experiences and mental health conditions. Coaching is non-clinical, forward-looking and practical: building systems, habits and accountability that work for an ADHD brain. Many adults find the two work well together.
